INFORMATION COLLECTED

• For each visitor to a Webstatic page, the Webstatic Enterprises, Inc. server automatically records the visitor’s computer operating system, browser brand, browser version, and aggregate information on what pages are accessed. Personal and/or e-mail information is not recognized, collected or compiled.
• The compiled page-hit information is used for internal review and to improve content at Webstatic.
• With respect to cookies – We do not write or include programming code that sets cookies.
• Webstatic does not accept unsolicited publication submissions from children age 12 or under.

WEBSTATIC MAILING LISTS

• Webstatic does not currently maintain a mailing list. The previouis mailing list was discontinued on January 3, 2003.
• When webstatic does maintain mailing lists, those lists are not sold or otherwise provided to any third parties for any reason.

POLICY CHANGES & ENFORCEMENT

Changes to Webstatic email or information privacy policies are posted on this page as they occur. Webstatic reserves the right to change policies at any time without prior notice except that email address privacy policy changes will be published via e-mail to then current subscriber lists not less than 45 days prior to such changes becoming effective.
