If time were fluid,
like Salvador Dali�s clocks,
my watch would slither
snakelike from my wrist,
the hands spinning like
some madman�s rolling eyes.

I�d change the world
like Superman,
flying the wrong way
reversing all the things
that hurt my loved ones.

I�d like to watch the
ripples dance across space-time
see the harmonious and discordant
effects of events
in their relationship
to the whole world.

I�d like to be
a pebble
dropping down
the well of time
causing deep
vibrations in the lives
I pass through on my
way through life.
