Laurence Overmire has worked on stage, in film and on television as an actor, writer and director. He is proud to have been part of a Broadway production of �Amadeus� and the network television soap operas, �All My Children� and �Loving.�

Laurence is a strong supporter and contributor to the arts. He has taught and designed programs for the Lincoln Center Institute and the Manhattan Theatre Club in New York City. He served as executive producer of The Writer�s Lab, a non-profit organization in Hollywood promoting quality writing in the entertainment industry.

Laurence is also an accomplished and popular poet. His work, eclectic in form and often provocative in its confrontation of social issues, has been widely published in the United States and abroad.

Laurence lives in Portland, Oregon, with his wife Nancy McDonald. Nancy is also an accomplished actress.
